(September 20, 2018, 6:27 pm)The sales staff are friendly and very helpful. They take the time to listen to you and give advice on questions. I highly recommend this store for all your quilting needs. They also give you points and on your birthday they give you a percentage off.
(June 6, 2018, 9:21 pm)Awesome place for quilting and sewing supplies. Great selection of fabric, thread, books, quilting kits and lots of quilt samples. Staff are very friendly and most helpful.

Large selection of fabrics, not a huge offering in terms of more modern fabrics (i.e. Cotton & Steel, Moda, etc.) One of the ladies who works here (tall, blonde, thin, extremely helpful!!!) is fantastic. She helped me order some items in, and search for a few things in store which was fantastic. She is definitely a standout employee in terms of customer service, and making the experience enjoyable. If I could change anything, I'd like to have more modern fabric options available as I am a relatively young "maker" and tend to lean more towards making bags, etc. v. quilts.
(February 5, 2018, 12:31 am)I have recently had an excellent experience with The Quilter's Cupboard and the staff who work there. I live in Australia and wanted to send a friend in Canada a birthday present. I contacted TQC and originally spoke to Sherry. We discussed the gift that I wanted to purchase and she was a huge help. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the gift arrived at my friend's home in time for for her birthday and that I was kept in the loop about it's delivery. Thank you Quilter's Cupboard for your excellent service !
