I go to Starbucks 1-2 x a day and I've never had a negative experience at this location. The staff is super friendly, and they go above and beyond every time. I highly recommend supporting this Starbucks and stopping by if you're in the area.
Honestly I don't ever give reviews but I really love our new Uxbridge starbucks. Yes i don't come here often because of the price, but i think specifically this location is amazing solely because of most of the staff. I have never had a rude experience they have been lovely and above and beyond every time I've been in. They not only greet me when i walk in always with a smile, they also make conversation and a relationship with each guest. Ive been sitting here for over an hour like most of the other guest doing work have, and one staff member came around and offered us all water & if that isn't good customer service i don't know what is. They aren't making me feel obligated to buy another drink but instead letting us feel welcome with the one coffee i have.
Honestly well done in the training process or overall hiring.

Staff are always friendly and cheerful. My order has always been correct. A little slow at times but I think that is improving. It really is ok if we need to wait a few minutes for our coffee.
Mixed review. Been to this new location a couple of times since it opened recently. In store service the first time was very slow, so much so that I left and went to another coffee shop. Second time was better but the store was quieter. They need to pay closer attention to in store service and not compromise it by focusing so much on drive through or mobile orders.
