This was a very first for us and will not be the last!
I saw an advertisement on a neighboughood property that prompted my call to Illuminations Lighting. I was received by Haley who conducted herself in a very professional manner. She put me in touch with Mitch who provided a detailed quote with several options. Once I decided to "pull the trigger" an extremely knowledgeable crew came out to do the install.
Fantastic service with such a bunch of friendly and enthusiastic lighting technicians. My wife and I are truly happy and very satisfied. Without a doubt, we will be engaging their services again.

They arrived first thing in the morning and put up all our Christmas lights. We had to leave for work but we left them to their job and when I arrived home later that evening my house was illuminated with the warm glow of Christmas lights! Thanks so much Illumination Lighting zinc! 🎄🎅

We have been residing in Markham for many years and have always used our own Christmas Light installation provider as far as I could remember. As time changes, we tend to notice the holiday spirit has subsided. Everything comes to an end, just as our current provider decided to move further west. Our location was no longer manageable for them, and was put into a predicament to find another provider. Things happen for a reason, and I genuinely believe it. I have always been loyal to our previous provider. Why not? They provided excellent customer service.

Every year at Christmas, I always took notice of the beautiful light display in our community. Probably one of the very few around in Markham. We have always been very fond of the quality Illuminations has done. Specifically, the employees all dressed in red suits, making it look like they are Elves from the North Pole. More importantly, the quality of their lights, equipment, positive attitude and cleanliness.

It worked in our favour. I reached to a few companies to see my options, but we made sure to reach out to Illuminations. I am all about supporting the local businesses in our area. I see that our neighbours are content, more importantly, how lovely our neighbourhood looks during the holiday season.

On the note, I committed to reaching out via email. I immediately received a response from Mitch, the owner of Illuminations, thanking me for another opportunity. There is history between us; I have reached out in the past to get a quote out of curiosity. As much I appreciated their artistry then, I still do today. Following our brief exchange of emails, Haley, who provides great Customer service, reached out to lock in a date.

We originally booked our installation date in October. Incentives doing this like getting a 15% discount and 10% in November, all depending on their promotions. Since we decorate our home for Halloween, we booked the first week of November.

The week of the scheduled installation, Illuminations sent an email advising us that they could not accommodate their customers' first November installations. They were making a Charity kilometer trail of Christmas lights in North York and requested our help to push it a few days.

On installation day, a team came out (Andrew and I forgot the other guy's name, sorry, but he was friendly and kind). They did a great job, cleaned up, and made sure they were never even there; the only difference was our home looks festive. Upon completion, we requested another wreath added. They did not have one available, but Mitch reached out to confirm my request the next day. Also, discuss the location where it was going to be installed. By the end of the week, another crew came by, finished it and even made one small addition that I had requested when speaking with Mitch.

We would highly recommend Illuminations to our friends and family!

My experience with Illuminations has been excellent. Haley in the office was very efficient in providing a quote, and patiently answered all of my questions/provided suggestions without using high-pressured sales tactics.
The installation team (Jake and Olivia) showed up on time and were professional, efficient and friendly! And of course the lights look great! I definitely recommend Illuminations given their excellent customer service!
