These ladies are absolutely awesome - are the very best at customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable. They actually listen to your concerns and act on them.

Hi Brigitte,

As someone who has used hearing aids for a couple of years now, I have gone through the pros and cons for years now.

For the first time since I got my new ears, I am completely happy.

The Easytek is great. I have been playing around and this new outfit is
the cat's meow.

This new technology blows the socks off everything else my a good
country mile.

My new EasyTek necklace is so light and small that it is not noticeable
hanging around my neck.

I can now hear people who mumble that others can't. There is something
about the way the sound is cleaned up, that voices come in very clear

I am no longer aware of my device when I am in public places.

I believe I now hear better than people with normal hearing ... when I
am in meetings. I finally can hear people who mumble, mumblers that everyone else also has trouble hearing.

Interestingly, all sounds are sounding normal to me now. I am now back to listening to music because the music sound more vibrant.

I can hear things that I could not hear before, such as the sound of my
feet on the floor.

I now can clearly hear the door bells at home and at the office.

I now longer have an outdoors wind noise problem.

I was out in the field this afternoon, putting up snow fence.... tractor
running.... I was not conscious of my hearing aid. That is a first!

I have have had a couple of phone conversations and the blue tooth is
very clear and comfortable sounding. I am told the my voice is clear to
the other person as well.

I now do not take my hearing aid out of my ear until I am going to bed.
That is a first as well... in the past.... as soon as I got home, I
would take the thing out of my ear...

In summary; the new Siemens hearing aid is so good, people with normal
hearing should get hearing aids.

Thanks so much for you always being there and making my hearing problem
not a problem.
