Nikeisha took the time to explain the process prior to the appointment. Explained what she was doing during the session and provided detailed instructions, written and verbal and care package, on care once complete. The space was clean, bright and super comfortable. Best of all, I walked out with natural looking fabulous eyebrows. I really appreciated the patience, meticulousness and professionalism shown throughout the process.
