Kama was amazing!
My first time visiting this location of Ashley Home Store, Kama my husband and I figure out which mattress would be best for us. He had a LOT of knowledge about the specifications of each and really spent his time trying to help us out. Honestly, based on this experience we will be coming back. Amazing customer service from the moment we stepped in!

My partner and I stepped into Ashley to do some preliminary planning for our new home and weren’t planning on making any purchases. The staff are all super knowledgeable of their products and made us feel well cared for. It did seem a little pushy at places but overall our experience was positive - especially when we accidentally found a bedroom set that matched the style we were after. Ana and Jordan took great care of us and our longer timelines and we’re so appreciative.

Very helpful, got us a great price. Very hard push for sales but accepted when we declined offers of up-selling. Also liked the cookies and bottled water available:)

Rosanna and Michelle were fantastic! No pushy salespeople here. Just honest and very helpful. They answered all our questions thoroughly and truly worked with us to determine the best solution for our needs. We are extremely happy with the excellent level of customer service provided. The furniture solution we decided on is lovely and extremely functional, with many powered recliners, headrests and USB support. Our delivery window is just 5 days and we look forward to the white glove service and install.

We wanted to thank the staff at Ashley for their warm and welcoming customer service. From the moment we walked through the door to the eventual purchase of our new (and beautiful) furniture we felt we were in good hands. Our sales rep, Kristen, was extremely helpful in making us feel knowledgeable about our product and comfortable with our purchase.
