Attended Saturday to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. The staff are eager, very knowledgeable about the menu and source of the ingredients, and clearly love what they do. The food was great. I had the blackened chicken and mushroom quesadilla. The chicken and mushrooms are from Kendal Hills Game Farm, to whom I sold a trailer last year. Cool! Loved that we could look out and see the farming operation. Overall a great experience, and we recommend it.
This a restaurant attached to the Food program at Durham College in Whitby. It is very nicely set-up, service is amazing (the wait staff is very proud of their restaurant, most are students of the College).
The menu was extremely sophisticated, with a wide variety of choices, and every dish the our table ordered was received with praise.
We have some food allergy issues, and they bent over backwards to make sure our food was safe.
This is a restaurant that is worth trying. Once you have tried it, you will return.
A narrow and long restaurant with modern decor. Food local and in the season for the most part with own vegetables, fruit, herbs, even honey harvested on grounds. Everything prepared with the utmost care and attention. Restaurant on the second floor accessed by stairs or elevator and view possibly best when garden in growing season.
Very good restaurant attached to the college. All our dishes were delicious, and it was nice to have a dessert that wasn't cloyingly sweet. Excellent and very friendly service. We're planning to come back soon.
