We found Brad on youtube and after some research about the Durham region we decided to reach out to him. His knowledge about the area was a huge plus for us and complemented well all the very useful information already in the videos.

Another huge plus for us was his availability to do virtual showings. As we were not in the Durham region, sometimes he would go to the house and he would show us the house through zoom or he would record a video to send us later. That was very helpful as it saved us a few disappointing trips.
