Chris and Brian and crew put in our pool this past summer. They did an unbelievable job. Everyone always showed up first thing in the morning and worked so hard all day until the job was done. They were all very polite and professional. I have high standards, and they definitely met them. Anytime I changed my mind about something, they made it seem like it wasn't a problem at all, even if it meant redoing something on their own time. Despite the pandemic challenges with delayed materials, they made it work and our pool was installed in great timing. Brian and Chris are very talented and it is obvious that they have plenty of experience. They spend as much time with you as needed to plan everything and to answer all of your questions. No exceptions. I have recommended them to so many others and will continue to do so.

My first experience with CB pools was exceptional. My pump stopped working and I called for help fixing it. I left a message and the staff called me back very quickly. They got some information on the problem and said they would do their best to have someone come out asap. I got a called from Richard the service technician maybe 15mins later to say he would swing by in the next 20mins. Richard was awesome! Figured out my problem right away and fixed it. We had some trouble getting water to pull through the lines once the pump was running but Richard stayed and primed the pump for me 6 times and got it going. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I will absolutely call them again when I'm in need.

Having experienced many pool businesses in the past, I must say CB Pools by far is at the top. Used them to open our pool this year, the crew was fast & efficient. Also visited the store to purchase a few items and get some water testing completed... Great customer service overall.
