I've been doing my laser hair removal with Shanna. I've currently completed my second appointment, and honestly she's amazing. I'm not someone who's super comfortable being physically exposed in front of people so I was really nervous about my experience. But Shanna has made me feel so comfortable. She's has such a chill vibe, yet she's so professional, she's super kind, and very considerate of how I'm feeling. Her main goal is for you to feel comfortable and get the results you're after. I'm so happy I found her. I highly highly recommend her. She's awesome. ☺️

From booking to actual service completion, the whole process was simple and filled with great customer service. I’m absolutely in love with my brows! They look so natural and are perfectly proportional to my face. Shana is so precise and a total perfectionist.
