I am not usually describing the experience in detail as I will do here; however, I am writing this for someone who looks for an insurance agent who understand and listen their clients. I have lived in Alberta for 5 years and moved to Ontario for good, I was always worry about having a good premium (package) for my auto-insurance. She was so welcoming, descent with humble personality. She is always trying to please you by getting any stress you have away. She is great listener to me as well, she tried her best to give me the best rate. Indeed, she gave me the best rate among dozens of brokers and insurance companies I have contacted before. I highly recommend Stephanie for anyone want to have a good rate (either auto or home) and an excellent service. She is very responsive to all inquiries. I am not flattering here, but you're the best on the ground, Stephanie. I do really mean it and will be your client for years along and strongly recommend you for my friends.
