We bought a range hood recently and were assisted in our decision by Aaron. He was very helpful, answered all of our questions and extremely pleasant to deal with. We will definitely go back to this store for future purchase considerations because of the kind of service we had received from Aaron. The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is because the brand and model that we were interested in was not on display at the store.

Loved our experiences here. Al is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to appliances. Had some family purchase from Al in early 2020 and we returned to see him again in Sept. He was straight-forward with some manufacturer shipping delays (due to Covid) that we might experience as we were ordering a very specific product from overseas. He did not try to push us to buy right away or sell another product. This was fine with us and we bought anyways. Great service and great price! Thank you Al for your hard work !

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Aaron. It took his time to go over the washer and dryer models we were interested in. He gave us the price and we took his business card as we were just beginning our shopping. Later that day we found the product at a slightly cheaper price so we decided to call Aaron back as we really hoped to give him our business. He matched the price for us. We are really happy dealing with Aaron. It was a good experience.

At the store, with our masks on, we felt the smiles all around us. The representatives are very kind, knowledgeable and to the point.
At home, the delivery guys were very nice, and dropped the appliance inside my home and even took the packaging with them. Thank you for great service!
