Someone on here stated none of the units have balconies......not true. There are 2 units on the 5th floor and 2 units on the 9th floor that have huge balconies. Also the 1st floor units have walk out patios.
It is a nice, well kept building, with security and underground parking, as well as a car wash on Parking Level 2.
There are great amenities in the area and everything is handy to all of us. Best of all, no snow shoveling or grass cutting to do anymore!!!

Very clean residence, with great people that reside there!
BOTH elevators actually work, every day, unless they're on service. (not like some other buildings I attend, to work at)

The Connoisseur is a popular high-rise condo located in North Whitby. The building amenities include an indoor pool, meeting/party room, billiards room, gym, underground parking, visitor parking and more. The condo units are spacious with ensuite laundry, some with great views but none of the units have balconies. These condos are a great place to live.
