Consumer Direct Windows & Doors

We are are first time customers with Consumer Direct Window. Jerry was our sales rep and did our estimate. He was very courteous and helpful to our needs. He's very knowledgeable and gave us various quotes based on colour and style. We recently had 1 bay window, 7 windows and 1 patio door replaced. We got other quotes and Consumers Direct gave us the best quote with triple paned windows. Jerry helped us out with regards to the energy rebate.
As for the installation, they did an amazing job both inside and outside! They finished installation in one day with a 2nd day needed for caulk. Installers were professional and cleaned up well. We are happy that we chose Consumer Direct Windows!

All employees who made the quoation, measurements and installation were friendly and very professional. I love how the window looks and the measurement were very accurate. David Greenberg provided us with the samples of Energy star’s Most Efficient Windows and helped us in the selection process in his presentation. The price was reasonable and the timing of the installation was set to our expectation. The installers were friendly, courteous, highly efficient and thorough. We are delighted about the functionality of the new windows. The new windows gave my house a wonderful makeover.

We are happy with the new windows from consumer direct windows and doors. The exterior colours matched perfectly as there were already windows replaced with a different company. The sales person was very easy to work with and allowed me to visit their showroom to double check the colour, and the installers came on time. Prices were really good...
