I've had the exact experience than the gentleman that posted the 1 star review: they've returned my call within 15 minutes of me leaving the voice mail.
The two crews that showed up (at different times) in order to resolve my issue, where extremely nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Contrary to what's expected from public workers, they where one-time, courteous and with very good customer service skills.
