When a storm caused a tree to fall and rip our hydro stack and meter off our house, Elexicon informed us that we needed a licensed electrician to repair and certify it before they could hook our power back up. We called around to several electricians and Rich returned our call quickly, his pricing was fair (especially on a long weekend after hours) and he was able to come out right away. He worked late into the night to get the job done so Elexicon could restore our power in the morning. He was friendly and professional; and provided the ESA certification letter promptly.
