I had crown and trim work done (door and window casing). Al had Mo and his assistant do the work. I recommend requesting MO as he is detail oriented, asks good questions and genuinely wants to find the best solution, which is not necessarily the easiest.

The owner's name is Al he was the gentleman that helped me out. It was my first time there I had a wonderful experience👌🏼 I had many questions and he answered them all without hesitation And without a problem. He was so kind and respectful not to mention his store is huge and he had everything I needed there. Thank you Al for such a great experiences I rate this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I bought a bunch of tiles for a bathroom floor as well as the Schluter heated flooring system. I spent a bunch of time in the store selecting the floor with the owner. I made my choice on flooring and confirmed it with him and bought grout that matched it. Then I went over the schematic for the floor with Sam who apparently is the Schluter expert.
I went to pick up my materials a week later but I noticed that the top tile was grey not a wood color like I chose. The owner told me that it was the correct tiles and not to worry so I loaded them all up and took them home. I carried one box into the house and then decided to open it first. They were the wrong ones so I took them back to the store. The owner even admitted that those were the ones they had in stock that he didn't have to order but now he'll have to order the ones I want. The whole time he just kept promising me a discount next time I came in. I said do it.
A week later I pick them up only to find that a few boxes have broken tiles in them. He says to just use them as end pieces and that next time I come to the store he'll give me a discount. That's twice.
I installed the heated floor only to realize that Sam had sold me way too much. Not even just a little too much but the floor is 10 x 10 and the coil is 97 square foot coverage.
I called to ask what I can do about it but just kept getting put on hold.
Not a good experience. They don't listen and keep cutting me off when I'm talking. I'll never go back even if they offered me free flooring. Five trips to the store, $2500.00 purchase and I keep coming across more problems. I haven't put down the tiles yet but I'll bet something is wrong with them as well.

Ok so this is an update of that last review. I know I said I'd never go back but I did in order to buy some Schluter products that weren't available at Home Depot during Covid.
It ended up being a good decision because they had mostly all of the products I needed in the store and what they didn't have, they got in the next day. So it was convenient. I compared the prices as well and they ended up being pretty good.
I've raised my rating to reflect this interaction and I will be going back once more to see how it goes. If all goes well then I just may give them a better rating and delete any negative service I've had in the past because hey, people change.
