Infiniti Air Conditioning and Heating

My husband met with Chris, the salesman and he was very helpful in advising him of the type and size of the air conditioning unit needed for our house. Chris also told us how to maintain the unit in the winter months.

We had various companies give us quotes and this company offered the best price with a better quality air conditioner.

Fred, the installer was very knowledgeable of his product and very helpful. It was necessary for Fred to install a new bracket as the previous bracket had broken of the wall taking the old air conditioner with it. He explained in great detail how the unit worked. The installation was completed on time and no mess was left behind. Fred also took the time to take a quick look at our furnace.

I would highly recommend Infiniti Air Whitby. I would give them a 5 star + rating.

Fred the installer was on time, knew exactly what he was doing. knew the equipment, finished on time and left no mess. In less than a day we had heat and AC! From start to finish, our experience with Infiniti Air was top notch. Our salesperson Chris was full of information, courteous, and we never felt like he was there to 'just make a buck'. Janine at the office was always pleasant, and both went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service.
I apologize to our installers, as I did not get their names, but they were amazing. They were so quiet that we barely even knew they were there. They put tarps down everywhere to ensure no damage to our property and worked quickly and cleanly. We requested a concrete pad rather than brackets for our AC unit and knew that some of our plants at the site would have to be removed. Not only did they remove them without any damage to the surrounding flowers, but they even replanted the ones they uprooted! You can't even tell anything was done.
There was also a minor issue with our existing thermostat, and they stuck with it and figured it out.
Every experience, start to finish was beyond expectations. We received an excellent price for a good quality furnace and AC unit, wonderful customer service and attention to detail, and would absolutely do business with Infiniti Air Whitby again and recommend others give them a try.
