I have been seeing Janet for Physiotherapy for a few weeks now. I would highly recommend her. I have been to many physiotherapists over the past many years and she is by far the most knowledgeable and skilled. She takes time to do hands on manipulation. I feel much better since going to her for my back and hip pain. You will not be disappointed!! The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my decision.

After a motor vehicle accident, my third in a decade (all caused by distracted drivers) I didn't think I would recover. Guess what? I am good, great actually. Nelly was amazing. The sincere concern and desire to get me well, as well as genuine people at the desk was appreciated. I have to admit, I was motivated to get better and I did my exercises because they we doable! They were provided to me with full instructions and strict "don't overdo it" rules. Thanks so much to all of you...I can bend, twist and touch my toes. I am better than I was post accident #2...you all rock!

JointAction is a super pleasant atmosphere. The staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. JointAction submits directly to your benefits company (so you don’t have to!) and they email you exercises. They are so organized and have thought of everything, which makes it so easy for their clients! Since they open this clinic, I have come for massage, physiotherapy, acupuncture and more recently chiropractic, and the most important is: Communications ... I do not need to repeat to the therapists about my issues, they share and care. which I Highly recommend this clinic-they have it all ...

I’m posting again because I’m so pleased with the customer service at Joint Action Physio. My mother has Alzheimer’s and severe osteoarthritis which has drastically limited her mobility and the office staff and providers have worked together to come up with a treatment plan for her in her Whitby retirement home including massage therapy monthly and chiropractic and physio therapy care as needed. My mom and I were very impressed with all the health care providers assessments, kindness and treatments thus far. She has lost her memory for place and time but still has her ability to make proper judgment of people. :) Thank you Joint Action Physio and the providers for going out of your way and being there for her during this time of need and sad decline.

I came to this clinic to try and deal with major issues in both my hands and arms. I've gone for massage, physiotherapy and more recently chiropractic appointments. Every service I have used has been helpful in it's own way. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They have given me my hands back and I am beyond grateful for it. I'd recommend seeing Suzanne for massage and Nelly for physio. I cannot recommend Joint Action enough.
