My name is Jonathan Speers, I am a Private Banker in Whitby, I was referred to Kyle through one of our home financing experts. I was really lucky to be introduced to him; I am not a handy guy at all and I quickly realized that Kyle was a master of all trades... literally. The whole process was excellent, Kyle helped us stage and move our home, he helped us change light fixtures and door handles, helped fixed paint and this was just on the sale side.

On our buy side, Kyle was invaluable when attending home showings, his knowledge of construction and his forethought really helped us avoid a impulse buy. Kyle, on more than one occasion, pointed out water damage or unsafe wiring, things which I would not have seen, especially when blinded by pools and hot tubs. My point being Kyle is not only an amazing salesman, but he is a great tradesman and overall really nice guy. I trusted him with my family and was pleased with the entire process. Not to mention he sold our house for over asking, when we had priced at the high end of our expectations.

My girlfriend and I we're looking to make our first home purchase together and Kyle made the process very enjoyable. He enabled us to look at our own pace while helping us learn the process of becoming a home owner. He was great at booking tours for houses we were interested in and was able to identify issues, as he has previous work experience in house construction. When Tori and myself were getting more serious into the prospect of purchasing a home, it was Kyle who found the house that we ended up buying and it was our favorite one by far.
