Lakeridge Heights Retirement Residence

The food most days is very disappointing. The home is beautiful but we were promised built in cupboards in the room but instead found a tiny, tiny cupboard stuck in the corner of a very tiny room. Bathroom could fit 4 or 5 wheelchairs so a lot of wasted space, poor design. Most staff are awesome and work very hard to please.

My darling mom moved in almost 11 days ago, at 89 she was transitioning for the first time from independent living. We have experienced nothing but the best of support from the staff and administrators. I am so pleased my Mom is living at Lakeridge,and thankful she has help, for all of her needs.

WOW! Went for a tour at the show room at the Whitby Mall. Have been looking for a home for my mother to live and after visiting my expectations for retirement living have been surpassed. In the show room there is a model suite. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about what was best for my mom.
I would definitely recommend- worth seeing.

Arrived at the Showroom in the Whitby Mall to a fantastic team of people working there. They were all clearly industry professionals that when combined have a wealth of knowledge in the industry and more than answered all of my questions. That, along with the beautiful Model Suite made it a very easy decision for my mom. I know she will be in excellent hands and very well taken care of in this luxury resort style residence.

Visited the presentation center. Very impressed with the show room and model suite. The staff there were all very friendly and knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Looking forward to visiting the actual residence once completed.
