Mortgages with Caroline

I recently reached out to Caroline regarding my sister, a first time home buyer looking at mobile homes. She had been to her bank and was told they do not deal directly with mobile homes and was passed along to their affiliate who supposedly does mobile home deals. She received a curt 30 second answer from them a few days later, that they would not do a deal on the property she was considering, not alternatives or help was offered. Needless to say she was very discouraged. Caroline was very highly recommended by a friend as someone who cares and does whatever she can to help, so I gave her a call. Caroline did touch base with her bank contacts and not having much luck even called the Credit Union in the area where the mobile park is located. She passed along that the Credit Union was most helpful and gave me all the contact information. I realized after several exchanges of information that as a mobile home does not qualify for a standard mortgage, Caroline would not be able to complete the deal for my sister, and therefore would receive no compensation for her time. I apologized to Caroline for taking up so much of her time when I realized this, but she assured me she is in this business to help people reach their dreams of home ownership, and she will do whatever it takes, even if there is nothing monetary in the exchange for her, to help them achieve this goal. I highly recommend Caroline as a caring, experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated professional for your next home purchase!!!
