    I live in this Co-operative housing complex. Outside spaces are kept tidy and clean. Exteriors, doors and windows in good condition. Complex is made up of 2 to 4 bedroom townhouses kept in good condition. Appliances are usually replaced and floors refinished before new people take possession of their assigned units. Long time residents are usually made to make do with what they have. Example next year is the Co-operatives 25 year anniversary and persons who have lived in a unit since the opening are still making do with original appliances and until two years ago the original carpeting.

    Nice area. Family friendly. A little racist though.. people need to be more open to the different races and cultures.. there's more colours then white I thin people forget sometimes. Teach your kids not to be Soo judgemental. They are not superior to others.
