Wow! I am truly horrified by the defamation of character that I see and have read that was posted by STOP THE WORK PLACE BULLYING. This individual did not know Osalita at all. I must agree this is very vindictive on their part and character assassination to say the least.
I have known Osalita Williams for over 15 years, worked with her over 10 years. She is a compassionate person that cares about all living souls. She is a very loving person with whom I have had the privilege of working with. Osalita provides exceptional care for supported individuals and remains professional. She is always encouraging those who comes in contact with her and that is just who she is. Her passion is helping those in need, connecting families with resources to propel them into purpose. I am honored to call her a true friend. Some one who is there when needed. She's truly a phenomenal woman.

Osalita was the first person I encountered here. She was exceptional at taking me under her wing and showing me the ropes. She ensured that I understood the polices and how the house was ran. She helped me develop skills in the short time I worked with her. Thank You so much. It helped me further my career.

I have been working with Osalita for over A year now.
In that year we have worked alongside various staff members and everyone who encounters Osalita knows she is dedicated to the individuals she supports and to Staff members as well.
You are a WHOLE LIE! If you think you can speak about this woman’s character in such a manner.
Maybe if you did your job, you’d still have a job and you wouldn’t be complaining on google about your imaginary trauma.
Osalita is not your problem, your work ethic is.
You wanna do no work and still get paid at your ripe old age 🙄.
Next time, talk to management FIRST before running to the internet.

I’ve been working with Osalita for several months and I can honestly say she’s an exceptionally great coworker. She is very helpful and encouraging to other staff, always taking the initiative to get things done and help others along the way. She is a wonderful team leader .I’ve never witnessed any abuse, it’s seems more like people have their own personal agenda because if you feel as it you’re getting bullied then there’s a proper protocol to follow….like contacting your manager or even have a conversation with the person. Going about it this way is very vindictive.

This is truly a community center built to be an inclusive place for people of all abilities. It truly excited me to see people and wheelchairs being able to access fitness equipment and work out right beside people who had no mobility issues. I say kudos to everyone involved in the making, building and maintenance of this great facility
