Great service, the guys are knowledgeable and very helpful

As people already stated, it’s a smaller shop, so it has much better customer service, like what exactly you need. Drop yard is cluster f...k , like seriously.
If you in this side of the city , it’s better than Brampton. Overall, I do like them.

This branch of Reefer Sales is far, FAR superior to their head office in Mississauga. Yes, it's a lot smaller place, has a lot smaller stock on-hand, and has no night shift, but I can't put in words how much more pleasant it is to deal with the folks at this branch in Oshawa/Whitby. The techs at Reefer Snails in Mississauga do get the job done (eventually), but dealing with service or parts is a nightmare in Mississauga. And heaven forbid you should take a trailer there, good luck getting into their yard, whereas you could do figure-eights on your way in and out of here. It's a no-brainer... just forget about the location in the West end, and deal with this location instead. Your sanity will thank you for it.
