Technician called first to say he was on his way. He arrived promptly and went about his business. On completion, he reviewed what he done and the results. We were presented with a summary of the work. Very pleased with the professional way our service was handled.

We are pleased with the Customer Service we received during our yearly service check up of our furnace. Not only did our technician, Rob Mitchell explain what he was checking for (in a clear manner), but he went above and beyond to ensure we received a written explanation of what was discussed and that we had enough filters to last us for the year. The Reliance technician came on time to install a part in my furnace this morning and I am so pleased! On time, quick and made sure everything was running properly before he left. Also made some recommendations on filters and checked the EcoNet thermostat before he left and I was so pleased! I'm happy I bought my furnace through Reliance and with the warranty I'm well protected. Always had great service from their technicians even when I'm just calling with a question. Thanks!
