I own a Dodge 3500 Cummins I purchased new in 1996. It was equipped when new with rear Timbren suspension. Recently I noticed one of the rubber peices cracked so I contacted Timbren for parts. I was told since I was the original owner they would replace the whole suspension under their lifetime warranty. This is a first class company with first class products and first class people. Great quality product and easy install. It came with 1" spacers which were too big. Sent an email to company and Steve responded very quickly, he sent out 1/2" spacers and needed bolts same day at no cost. Installed the new spacers and is now at perfect distance needed unloaded.

Timbren is an awesome company. I purchased their kit for my 6” lifted 2001 F250 and I though I was going to make it up with the available rubber spacers you can buy. I contacted them with concerns of stability on the 3/8x24 bolt that holds it all together and asked it it were possible to make a metal spacer bracket to swap out the one intended for stock height trucks.
They got right back to me and had me take measurements of everything and said they would send out spacer hardware right away at no charge to me!
Man I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service I received and the flexibility to work with my situation. This is an A+ company in my book.
Just a note for you folks with a lifted truck, take measurements from the frame rail to the axle or peg first and email Timbren directly with what you got (picture of the measurements). Having them do it maintains the lifetime warranty on their product. You will be absolutely impressed with what they will do for you!

Had some issues with their axles but they came to task to understand what was going wrong as this was a commercial application. They were able to Warrenty the axles and build me a superior product that fit my needs perfectly. I will be using them for all my axle needs.
