I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews online.
But, I left their vibrant store with a smile from ear to ear.
Exceptional one on one service right from the start, Ed really spent the time to hear out all of my list of extensive requirements for new Bass guitar. No exaggeration... but Ed literally showed me every bass that they offered in store with an amazing professional demeanour, Ed even took the time to call a ton of vendors to track down stock (COVID obviously throws a wrench in the supply chain - too think back to March of 2020 when people were hoarding Toilet paper... Bass/ guitar stock doesn't stand a chance).
Dylan is a multi-tasking phenom, it's incredible to see someone so passionate about customer service and guitars - he was completing a ton of other customer's mail orders just before the holidays, while he was helping me track down new pick ups for my new Fender Precision bass.
Dylan is a very talented, and expert technician, it was really amazing to watch and learn his technical expertise from his experiences working at Gibson Guitars. I was very thankful that Dylan took the time to explain and show me the insides workings of the pickup circuitry.

Bought a guitar from Dylan at the Whitby location late last year and recently had an issue with the guitar. I've always had a good experience dealing with Dylan but this was going to be my first post sales service experience. Suffice it to say, Dylan promised to take care of the problem and he followed through on it - I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the market for a new one! Thanks again Dylan!!
