Working with Ray was a great experience! I have a bungalow that is a rental property in Barrie. I was looking to do a complete renovation to the upstairs and basement, including legalizing the basement apartment.
Ray was very thorough and detailed with the drawings, and because of this it made the permit process smooth. Ray also worked with me on ideas for the drawings and provided great suggestions. We wanted to install a wood gazebo that we bought from Costco. The city asked us to provide professionally engineered design and stamped drawings to issue the permit. After getting several qoutes from different places we asked Raymond (Vizion Media) to do the job. He took care of everything and addressed the questions that city had on the first revision. The permit was issued with no problem. I was impressed with his prompt communication and quality of work.
