It was a pleasure to work with this company. David was contacted for a price on repairing my cooker. This quote was swiftly provided, and a repair date was set. On the day of the repair, he arrived on time and completed it quickly. His product knowledge as well as his friendly demeanor pleased me. The repair was reasonably priced, and I was happy with the results. I have no reservations in recommending him to others.

Called on a Saturday morning in a panic since I can’t live without my oven.
First surprise got an immediate pleasant response, not a message. Was told a technician would come Monday. Sam called when it was deemed he would be near and was here 20 minutes later. Within minutes knew the issue, ordered the part and was back Wednesday when he said he’d be here and made the repair. I was not prepared for this level of efficiency and competence! Customer service has long since left the barn and we’ve been programmed to accept it and I was prepared for a long dragged out affair.
This experience was a total treat, something I’ve not experienced in a long time.
Price was absolutely reasonable and my repair was clearly explained to me by Sam, the technician.
He is obviously experienced in his trade and absolutely knows how to treat a customer.
Good work on the part of this company to have the best representing them.

Robert is the best! He's polite, knowledgeable, clean, and on time (even came early because he finished his other repair in good time)! We had two major fridge issues and he fixed both to leave our fridge running like new when we thought the whole thing was a lost cause. Recommend 100%.

My appliance repair David Junior did a fantastic job. I would feel great about working with him on any and all appliance issues in the future! He is awesome. Fixed my dishwasher issue in 15 minutes and was out the door to his next appointment.

Alex and Brandon were outstanding! Very respectful of our home and property. Wore shoes protectors and protected rugs/walls etc. Explained everything that they were doing. Gave updates constantly. Would highly recommend their services. Also, was happy to hear all the junk coming out of the vents into the vacuum - way more than I could have imagined.
