Daniel is always super helpful and knowledgeable. I used to call Kai a lot when I had problems, but he's been able to help me solve all these issues and teach me how to fix them on my own without having to call him back and annoy him with my questions. I love that Kai is always available and speedy fast to respond to our needs. I never have to wait any longer than 3 seconds to get connected with a care coordinator. By far the best tech company I have ever worked with... I wish they worked in our office as they're so friendly and polite! Glad we can count on a great team of professionals to help our clinic's technologically challenged staff :)

Wonderful customer service! Emma went above and beyond to ensure that my submissions were done perfectly. She also made herself available outside of our scheduled trainings in order to help troubleshoot any issues that may arise. I would highly recommend to anyone.
