Four-Eleven Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

I stopped doing martial arts many years ago. I never tried BJJ before. I came to this gym to try it out and to challenge myself. I’m not a spring chicken, at 54 years of age. All the coaches and students are very welcoming and helpful. I want to challenge you all out there. What’s your excuse? Why not try it out? You might fall in love with it.

Instructor Adio Edwards is a true student of the game that is Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. He is also a great guy and a awesome teacher. Would recommend to all levels.
