Nathan came out to replace my broken springs. Hardworking great guy! Even though he changed my springs twice, he thought my door was still too heavy for the springs he had on his truck. He said he will speak to Chris and return with a weigh scale and calculate to correct type of springs needed for my door. The detailed work and the thought behind finding a proper solution is what impressed me the most. I will update this review after they come back to weigh my door and put on the right springs...thanks again Nathan!

i am very satisfied with the services provided by Whitby Garage Doors Technician to re-opened my garage door after I've locked myself out. The highly skilled Technician, explained to me what he was going to do, then go on with the work. Not only was he able to get the garage door opened without any visible sign of forced entry or damage. He installed an emergency release lock and showed me how to operate it. He re-programmed my remote and key-pad entry. I am very happy with the service and the price was competitive. I highly recommend this Company. Excellent service was provided by all (Receptionist, Sales Rep and Technician).

Whitby Garage Doors Ltd. has been my “go to” for repairs to my original, builder installed, garage door as well as the installer of choice when it came time to replace the aging door.
The staff have been very professional, polite and courteous; from the phone receptionist, to the sales representative and installers.
Appointment schedules were specific, and more importantly, adhered to - the installers arrived right on time, each and every time.
We are extremely happy with the new garage door and capping work done.

We had a great experience with Whitby Garage Doors! Our rep and installer, Riley, explained all our options from beginning to end. We received a quote within hours of his initial visit. He responded to our questions promptly before the installation so that we had the garage ready for installation. He arrived on time on the day of installation, explained the process and completed the work in about 2.5hrs. At the end, he walked us through the installation. He took care on the framing as we had a video camera wiring at the door and he protected the wiring. The admin office and process was great as well. From the time we received the quote, we were able to approve electronically and provide deposit. We received the door and installation within the 5-10 week window as advised and rep who contacted us to schedule the installation booking date outlined our options and reinforced what we should expect - followed up with email confirmation as well. Great communication overall, great process and we are so happy with our door!
