Have always had a pleasant experience when picking up supplies at the Brooklyn location. Today we had to get service on our 9 year old Kinetico softener which has never had an issue in the past.
The service truck arrived right on time and had the unit working again within about 30-40 minutes. They explained the issue and how it could be avoided in the future.

I was worried we may need to replace or recharge the charcoal but they explained that was not the issue and how to know when that time comes (black water and charcoal bits from the tap) .

They could have made it a very expensive repair but it was all covered for the normal basic service fee.

This is our second kinetico softener (had one at a previous home). Verybhappy we went with this unit and the service we have received from Youngs Water Systems.

Good location, friendly staff, opportunity to refill your own bottles at a good price, was informed that the water quality was monitored on a regular basis, have been a customer for over 10 years, no complaints so far.
