Building is clean.
I have lived here for 4 years, and I love this building and building management. It’s gone from a not so nice building to a great family and kid friendly building. Since Linda has taken over as residential building manager the building quality, and enviournment has improved dramatically.
Just coming up on my third anniversary at 196 Churchill Road South in Acton and wanted to say what an incredible experience it has been. Management have made major changes to this building that are just wonderful. New tenants really fitting in and friendly. An extremely safe building with the addition of controlled access and surveillance system. Common areas of building squeaky clean and if any problems arise they are dealt with immediately by the on-site Building Manager Linda. Highly recommended as a family and pet friendly place to call home.
Nice place in Acton. A buddy of mine lives there and says the landlord is awesome
