(April 23, 2016, 1:24 am)Good place to get your water refills, and he'll install water softeners as well. He had an issue with being defrauded and lost a few thousand dollars as a result, which the financial company isn't interested in fixing. As a result, he will only accept cash for now, no debit or credit. He keeps interesting hours and they change now and then, so call ahead before heading down there with your empty jugs.
