Cheri was quick yet understanding of the special things we wanted, Bryce and crew (which included Robbie) were careful with exterior details, Stuart and partner made an adjustment in their plans for inside work to accommodate my preferences. We are up and running and love the significant improvement to our service!
I found Standard Broadband delivered great service on the phone and then when they were not able to solve the problem a rep came to the house to try. The problem turned out to be something on top the tower which was discovered by yet another technician who came out and fixed the issue.
I did not have to call in for help very often with regards to service interruptions which was a big plus.
A great service if you live in more remote areas where big name services aren't provided. After two years with the service, it did exactly what it was supposed to do at an affordable price with little-to-no issues. The star of the company is certainly their staff; always helpful and incredibly friendly no matter the situation being dealt with. For those who cannot access services from big name services or those looking for well functioning LTE services at a fair price, I strongly recommend Standard Broadband.
I’ve been with standard broadband for a few years now and I have nothing but positive things to say. When I’ve called into technical support the support was prompt and timely. This isn’t a company where you have to spend hours on the line waiting to be transferred to the right person finally to finally get someone out to look at your equipment (ahem… bell …)
I’ve even had technical support call me back to complete a follow up to ensure everything was fixed and running smoothly which blew me away.

I have been talking with Sherri since day one. It’s actually been 10 months of waiting for our turn. I have been calling once a week to see the status and she has been excellent for every call.
