Chris was very helpful in diagnosing a computer issue I was having and correcting it promptly. Prices are reasonable. Very professional.

I needed my computer to be faster and required a charger for my HP Pavillion. Chris was so helpful, answered my thousand questions and was so patient. He changed my hard drive and got my computer back to me quickly and working like a charm. It's a whole new computer. I highly recommend Titan Tek, they are highly professional and reasonably priced. I had used Titan Tek once before for another laptop, and I love how they are honest, and are not out to take advantage on their customers. I will definitely be using them again.
