(March 13, 2021, 12:26 pm)I highly recommend this apartment building. It is very well managed, with very responsive and friendly staff. It has spacious rooms with lots of large windows, is perfectly located right on lakeshore, is very quiet, has huge baconies, great views from most units (lots with view of lake Ontario) and has a renovated underground parking! A great place to call home!

(March 23, 2018, 1:30 pm)Spacious units with lots of windows/daylight right on Lakeshore Road. Responsive staff. Some features are "old-school" but the building is clean and well-maintained. And the building is being constantly updated. A very nice place to live!
