I have now taken two of my trucks to 5D, he is a great mechanic and has great customer service. I brought my 6.5 turbo diesel in as it had a shake I was having difficulty diagnosing, and a couple other issues. He managed to diagnose it, quote and find parts within a few hours and had the truck back and on the road next day. As I was impressed with his service I decided to bring in my other truck a 08 1500. Same thing, difficult to find shake, truck had been to other shops and no solution and I was starting to get worried it would be a costly repair. I got a call next day with an exact diagnosis, and a very reasonable quote went ahead with the work and again the truck was done that afternoon. It is not every day you find a mechanic who doesn't mess around and throw parts at a vehicle to diagnose problems, but instead takes the time to solve the issues and charges a very reasonable rate to do so. I will definitely be back to 5D truck center.
