Albert NGI OD

I'm a relatively new patient of Dr. Ngi's, having moved here recently from Calgary. I was delighted to find Dr Ngi! Apart from prescribing new glasses for me, he also cleared up my red and burning eyes within a few days; and that after I had consulted with two different GPs in walk-in clinics with no result at all. I found that Dr. Ngi assessed the problem thoroughly; he was confident in making a diagnosis and prescribing a remedy not only restricted to pharmaceuticals. Dr. Ngi also took the time to listen and, moreover, to explain diagnosis and treatment in detail. He even scheduled a follow-up consultation to assure himself of my (remarkable) progress. I highly recommend this OD!

Dr. Ngi has been my Optometrist since 2002. He's kept on top of the newest instrumentation, is personable and thorough. My family has had eye issues which I hope to avoid and Dr. Ngi has taken the extra time to keep me informed. Even after our move to the west coast several years ago I have chosen to continue to see him on my one of my trips to the east each year. The fee has maybe gone up ten dollars in all this time and is very reasonable.

Dr. Ngi has been our Optometrist and has over the years provided excellent service and judgement to both of us for our eye health. We have recommended him to others who find his service superior to others that they have used. Indeed Burlington is blessed to have Dr. NGI.

Been a patient for few years now. I've got to say the experience here is so much better than any of my previous optometrists. Whenever I have any questions or issues, Dr Ngi really listens and then thoroughly fixes up all my eye complaints. Previous optometrists would just give convenient and simple answers and next thing you know I'm out the door!
