Holly is extremely professional and friendly. I recently went to her home/business for laser hair removal and couldn’t be more satisfied. Holly explained the whole process, right down to pre and post care instructions. Any questions you have, she answers. She constantly checks in and asks if I am comfortable. I’ve only had great experiences with Holly! She’s professional yet personable! She answers her dm’s promptly, and is running her business very well thus far! She’s recently started offering laser hair removal treatments, and I purchased a 6 session package; I had my first session yesterday. I honestly really couldn’t be more impressed with her and my first session. She direct messaged me the pre and post care and answered all of my many questions, since I’m very new to laser hair removal. When I arrived to her studio, she was very welcoming and went over everything concisely. She told me the science behind laser hair removal, which was really quite interesting too. Her professionalism and the fact that she seems so experienced, made me relax and trust her more, which I appreciate. During the treatment, she always checked in with me and she was very efficient; I was only there about 15 minutes! All in all, couldn’t recommend her more for lash extensions and lifts, and laser hair removal!! I’d tell everybody to try out laser hair removal with Holly because she’s that good!
