We started designing our custom home with an architect, and soon realized the project is much more complex than we originally anticipated. Luckily we found Brent through a referral, and he was super helpful at offering money saving tips and guidance with the design that we otherwise wouldn’t have known. He even worked with our architect and engineers to help with the design and help sped up our progress. Too bad we wasted so much time before meeting Brent, and our family situation has since changed and we couldn’t make it work to proceed with the project. We really wish we found him earlier and could have sped up our progress much faster in the beginning. We are still very thankful for everything, and if and when we plan on building our home again, we will know exactly who to call!

We have been living in our new home for one year.
Finding Brent at Built by Bespoke was a stroke of great good fortune. I have built a luxury home in the past and admit to being very particular.
We had looked at 40-50 homes before we discovered our current Bespoke home. The quality and precision of the construction and finishings stood out immediately. Our neighbours, including one who works in construction said they had never seen such neat, careful construction crews and contractors. When have you ever heard that from the neighbors of a building site?
The inspector who did our pre- purchase inspection said he had never seen a home with absolutely no deficiencies, until this one.
Even the gas inspector remarked on the quality of the work
Brent attended meticulously to every one of our questions or concerns no matter how minor.
The experience was a revelation. This created a great sense of confidence and trust.
We just had our one year inspection and there was virtually nothing to talk about.
