(June 30, 2018, 12:36 pm)The pros are that hydro is included in rent and the grass is cut regularly. The cons are that the units are run down, nails are poking through the floors because of no subflooring, just out dated, and after numerous requests to repair or replace our gate, it still hasn't been done. Numerous changes in management over the years, hopefully this new one will be better than the rest.

(March 3, 2018, 5:49 pm)I live here it's one of the nicest places I have lived in heat and hydro is included in the rent landlords clean common areas once a week hallways oddly don't smell evil there is a heated outdoor pool with lifeguard a very nice place to raise a family
