This building is really a hidden gem situated in a lovely neighbourhood. I have met one of the owners a few times and he obviously takes pride in upkeep of his property. This is an older building
(perhaps from the 50’s) but the spacious units I have been in are full of creature comforts, great a/c, support from doormen and staff is wonderful.
Excellent location, well-kept building, spacious apartments, salt-watwr pool, indoor parking.
.....wonderful sense of community - well kept, perfect for seniors who still wish to have independence. Long waiting list, no wonder....
