(February 1, 2023, 1:43 pm)RECENTLY MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN ON SIDE OF HIGHWAY, WAS ABLE TO LIMP IT OFF TO OFF RAMP. CALLED ALTRUCK BURLINGTON AND THEY SENT A TECH OVER RIGHT AWAY. REPAIRS REQUIRED TO BE TOWED TO SHOP. I WAS EXPECTING TO BE DOWN FOR DAYS, BUT THE TEAM AT BURLINGTON LOCATION WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO DIAGNOSE AND FIND PARTS FROM OTHER LOCATIONS TO GET ME BACK ON THE ROAD. REPAIRS DONE FAST AND RIGHT. I AM VERY HAPPY AND WILL GLADLY USE ALTRUCK AGAIN. :)
