ATS Scientific has excellent customer service!! Their sales (Pierre, Joe and Lindsay) and technical (Lee and Geoff) people respond to my emails very quickly, and they are always super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have had some minor issues with my Micromeritics instrument, and they have always been able to help me over the phone, or with an on-site visit (within a few weeks of my call). In addition, ATS Scientific goes above and beyond to host informative technical seminars for me and my students - to help make sure we are making the most of our purchased equipment! I highly recommend them as a scientific instrument distribution company, as their customer service AND technical support is the best.
