Items were picked up at the time specified, evaluated quickly and a quote was received within a couple hours. At the time I wasn't sure if I would sell or not, but did not feel any pressure at all. The process was clearly defined. I received a quote on the purchase value, and when I responded that I'd like to proceed an etransfer was sent within minutes. If I find more items I'll definitely be using Au - Jewelry Exchange Lab again!

Way better prices than you’ll ever get from a pawn shop. Even after all my gold was sent in she called me the next day to let me know one of the gold rings was a higher grade and she e-transferred me $80 right away. Top notch service! Highly recommended.
