Great experience! It's nice when you purge something and get $$ back! Items were picked up at the time specified, evaluated quickly and a quote was received within a couple hours. At the time I wasn't sure if I would sell or not, but did not feel any pressure at all. The process was clearly defined. I received a quote on the purchase value, and when I responded that I'd like to proceed an etransfer was sent within minutes. If I find more items I'll definitely be using Au - Jewelry Exchange Lab again!

Amazing service from beginning to end. Jenn was fantastic with showing me the process of how gold is tested for purity. Way better prices than you’ll ever get from a pawn shop. Even after all my gold was sent in she called me the next day to let me know one of the gold rings was a higher grade and she e-transferred me $80 right away. Top notch service! Highly recommended.
