(January 1, 2017, 9:09 pm)This is a huge park, bigger than Google Maps claims, there is tons of green space to play with your dog (on-leash) and a small park that would be suitable for young children. Be careful during the warmer months because the park has a bike path that runs through it which features a lot of usage from mountain bikers heading to Bronte Creek as it's a shortcut.
Adjacent to the park is a private golf course and if you follow the several kilometers of walking trail towards the bird park there is an off-leash and fully fenced dog park available with another off-leash dog park a short walk away and across a street.
