We had a 1 night stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in and checkout. Very clean, quiet. Very nice modern decor. Big beautiful room. Excellent location for our needs. Great experience
We had a great stay at this hotel. We have been here before and never disappointed. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. We asked for a specific room location and received it on check-in. We have had the same kind of attention to detail at other Best Western Plus hotels and it is great knowing that they really do put their guests first. Very highly recommended!
We have stayed here many times. the staff is always so friendly. the rooms are clean and spacious. The free breakfast is delicious. Lots to choose from. Always our first pick when we stay in the Burlington area.
Lovely room, was staying the the king suite with a jetted tub. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were nice. The tub was clean and big, very relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised that it was very quiet considering the hotel was full of a boys hockey team. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. It was a nice addition that my room had a larger sized mini fridge and a microwave. The only reason why I didn’t rate 5 stars is because when I came to check in at 45 minutes past check in I was made to wait another 15 minutes as my room wasn’t ready yet. They were apologetic and explained to me it was because they were “so busy”. Still unimpressed as I thought arriving 45 minutes past check in time was plenty of time to have a room ready. Maybe hire more cleaning staff for weekends?
